I have created papier mache fish before using the trusty balloon covering method but I wanted to create something a bit special and here it is.
Same basic methods of layering paper but over a number of balloons some of which are then halved. I finished it with a combination of coloured tissue paper and acrylic paint.
If I had the time I’d like to create a whole shoal for a large indoor public venue.
