Paper maché "sea monster" mounted on stained wood plaque. Glass eyes, wire armature, paper maché clay, foam, plastic forks, cardboard, rope, an underpainting of acrylic and an overpainting of oil.
It's the first time I've done the under/over painting technique on a piece like this. Not sure if it's worth it time-wise, but it's fun to play with for sure.
