cut cardboard into mask pieces, then assemble useing LDPE Foam for corner gussets.
TIPS: assemble your piece with as little hot glue as possable, the imediate goal is to have function , comfortable fit and a good field of view, then fasten permantly before getting creative.
foam strips can be glued together to make blocks,if carving shapes from blocks ,keep grain of foam the same direction.
