Hi Joan, I only have a few painted ones, usually I brush on a sealer, then paint with acrylics.
I really want to use more colour though. I experimented with watercolours and gold colour for my next piece. I want to take advantage of the crevices left by the rough modelling to visually increase the overall effect.
