I have been working now since 2002 with paper-maché, mainly using a pulp technique. What I like so much about this art form is that anything can be made out of such simple materials as paper, water and flour/glue!
I find working with paper-maché relaxing, there is something very therapeutic about getting up to one's elbows in glue, and ending up with a brightly coloured and fun object.
I do make all my mache with shredded paper, soaked in water for about a week, then blended with my old blender, water is pressed out for storage. When I use it I mix it with some water and some white glue. Works perfect for me and costs almost nothing.
