Is there a good way to reshape papier mache after it has dried? Can I soak it in water and then remold? Or carve it with a knife? I have a mask that doesn't fit quite right and I don't want to ruin it.
If you made it with PVA glue, you can heat it with a heat gun and then reshape it.
