Hi, I`ve read all the possible information to get started with papier mache. I`ve made wallpaperpaste and put strokes of paper on a balloon. My balloon is all shrinkled now. So what have I done wrong ?? How can I get a simple basic balloon shape right to start with a pig. :?

A common and annoying problem Heidi! Have you looked in the FAQ? Click on the "Information" button, then on "FAQ". Other than that, you could just have a bad batch of balloons, it does happen. I chucked out some the other day that were very thin. Make sure you tie a very tight knot in the top too.
