This papier mache tree is about 85 inches high.
The technique used is that of paper layering, covered afterwards with gesso.

Another nice piece! I like the proportion of it and the defined roots showing. But what makes it really interesting to look at, is the cut stump (right word for it???) pointing upwards. Bye the way, I like your bowls too.

By the way, by "stump", did you mean trunk (stamm)?
